I was blessed yesterday when I was ministering to a woman in jail. She so addicted to drugs and she shared how her 4 kids were taken away because of her addiction. Yet, she showed a true mother’s heart when she said that now her kids are warm, fed and clothed. Just sort of an example of her giving up her kids without being filled with hate. Pray for her as she really wants to live a life pleasing to God.

for the second time in 2 years my exwifehas accused me of molesting my daughter. when this was supposed to have happened i was taking care of a sick mother in san francisco.

my ex wife has also done identity theft and i am supposed to owe 200,000.00 0n 38 credit cards.

i was so careful with my daughter ashley as our first child was killed in an auto accident when my ex was still pregnant.

my ex refuses to get any work and sues people to make a living. the ex just wont accept the fact that i am happily remarried to a christian woman, and the ex even tried to get a restraining order to keep me from my place of worship when she herself no longer goes to church.

My name is Carlton Anthony Chase, and I am currently engaged in a vocational discernment, and am at present seriously considering a monastic life in the Cistercian tradition. I have been a practicing filmmaker, for the past twenty years. Most recently, I was on retreat at the Abbey of the Holy Spirit, in Conyers, Georgia, and I am about to embark on a spiritual and vocational pilgrimage to Europe and the Middle East.

This Advent Season, I humbly ask that people pray for the forgotten people of Bukavu, and the Kivu region in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. They are predominately Catholic. And they are greatly suffering. I extend this request to all of our brethren, in areas of great turmoil and uncertainty this holiday season.

The region is plagued with food shortages,civil war, AIDS, and mass rape. Since the begin of civil war, which started in 1996 as an extension of the ethnic genocide in Rwanda, over 4 million innocent Congolese citizens have been murdered. In the area around the city of Bukavu, population 250,000, some 58,000 women have been brutally raped. The situation is much life Dafur, so much so that most NGOs have abandoned the area out for fear for their own safety, and have left these peoples to their own fate. With the ways of modern media and the attentions of mass audience, most eyes are focused only on Dafur.

Last week, articles on the situation in East Congo appeared in the New York Times and the Sydney Morning Herald, and are available online.

I would like to request prayer for my brother Aaron Patrick Fields. He has been experiencing seizures for the past five years and is currently being treated by a neurologist.

However, by the stripes of Jesus, I decree and declare Aaron healed now in the spirit, and his body will line up with the Word of God and manifest healing in the natural. For Jesus was wounded for our transgressions. He was bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes, praise God, Aaron was healed!
